Customer Service Electrical Specialist

Job Overview:

As an Electrical Service Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of electrical systems at various client sites. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently execute repairs, maintenance, and installations of electrical systems at client locations.
  • Perform thorough fault analysis and troubleshooting of electrical installations.
  • Offer technical guidance and optimization strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and service proposals for clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all work completed.
  • Oversee construction sites and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Lead and mentor team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as an Electrical Master or a comparable qualification.
  • Extensive experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards (e.g., VDE).
  • Valid driving license class B is required.
  • Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications.
