Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your expertise to enhance our Accounting & Process Advisory practice, here’s how you can contribute:
- Support our clients across various sectors, including diversified industries, automotive, consumer and industrial markets, communication and entertainment, private equity, and startups.
- Assist our interdisciplinary teams in implementing international accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP), corporate transactions (e.g., carve-outs), and conversion services.
- Actively participate in advising on complex issues related to national and international accounting, as well as preparing clients for audit readiness.
- Provide guidance during enforcement procedures.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements.
- Take on leadership roles within smaller project teams.
- To become a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Accounting & Reporting Advisory, you should possess a degree in business administration, particularly with a focus on international accounting, auditing, or business informatics.
- You should have at least three years of professional experience in complex accounting and reporting issues, corporate reporting, consulting, auditing, or in the finance and accounting departments of companies.
- Experience as a lead auditor or in managing smaller teams and sub-projects related to accounting is essential.
- Your strong knowledge of national and international accounting principles and processes, along with familiarity with relevant literature, will set you apart.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications is required.
- Fluency in English is necessary, with experience abroad being an advantage.
- Your willingness to learn, strong analytical skills, creativity, communication abilities, and client-oriented approach will complete your qualifications.
