Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Martin Braun-Gruppe. As a key member of our group-wide controlling team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage a small team responsible for group-wide controlling tasks, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain key financial metrics and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate financial planning and forecasting processes across the group.
- Lead sub-projects related to M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain business cases for company valuation and strategic decision-making.
- Define and implement purchase price adjustment mechanisms for cash and debt-free transactions.
- Continuously improve our reporting and EPM tool (Jedox) to support business needs.
- Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and special projects to advance financial management capabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Several years of experience in investment controlling and M&A topics.
- Strong knowledge of project management methods and tools.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and advanced knowledge of BI solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities.
