Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Backoffice Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our Backoffice team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and communication to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and communication to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Process and forward client inquiries to relevant departments, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Source and procure services from subcontractors, and coordinate with site management to execute projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion and reporting key performance indicators.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required in the Backoffice area.
Requirements
- A completed commercial education or equivalent experience in the service industry.
- Optimal technical understanding from previous roles is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, structured work approach and absolute reliability are a must.
- Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
- Possess a friendly and confident demeanor.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges and growth opportunities.
