- Act as the optical authority in the store, addressing all optical inquiries.
- Conduct comprehensive vision assessments and deliver precise corrective value analyses.
- Market and sell our eyewear and accessories, focusing on both optical functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Engage in minor craftsmanship and adjustments directly on-site.
- Proactively contribute to team initiatives and continuously seek improvement opportunities.
- Completed training or education as an Optical Master Technician/Optometrist.
- A strong passion for eyewear, design, and fashion trends.
- Exceptional sales abilities with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

- Fluency in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
