Ihre Aufgaben:
- Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der SAP HCM Systemlandschaft
- Anforderungsaufnahme und -analyse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen zur Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen
- Übernahme von (Teil-)Projektleitungen für innovative SAP-Projekte im Bereich Human Resources, je nach Erfahrungsstand

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
- Praktische Erfahrung als SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d), idealerweise mit grundlegenden Customizing Kenntnissen (PA und PY bevorzugt)
- Fließende Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
