Morgan King Professional Services is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of a renowned consumer brand within the German market. Reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Director, your primary focus will be on optimizing revenue, enhancing profitability, and increasing market presence through effective strategic initiatives and robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies and comprehensive business plans.
  • Oversee distributor agreements and pinpoint new business prospects.
  • Boost product visibility and enhance promotional strategies.
  • Train and mentor the agent network.
  • Manage sales operations to ensure product availability.
  • Deliver regular KPI reports and precise business forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a sales role within the CPG industry.
  • Proven experience in managing remote sales teams and working within a distributor framework.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
