As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our HR team, including data collection, documentation, and archiving
- Assist with document management, personnel administration, and statistical reporting
- Identify and take ownership of tasks that require attention, demonstrating a proactive approach to work
- Contribute to the development of our HR operations, exploring new processes and procedures to improve efficiency
- Currently studying Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- First-hand experience in HR operations or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with IT systems and a structured approach to work
- Plan to continue studying for at least two more semesters
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- A positive attitude, quick understanding, high motivation, and enthusiasm for new challenges, in line with our company values
