• Preparation and organization of the production workflow
• Setup and operation of machinery and equipment
• Loading and unloading of production equipment
• Maintenance, cleaning, and repair of machinery
• Identifying and resolving operational issues
• Ensuring production quality through monitoring and documentation
• Providing reports on production metrics and downtime

• Completed technical training or equivalent experience
• Strong manual skills and proficient in machine operation
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• High attention to quality standards
• Ability to work independently and with diligence
