• Preparation for the production workflow
• Setup and operation of machinery and equipment
• Loading of machines and equipment
• Cleaning, maintaining, servicing, and repairing machinery
• Identifying and resolving issues
• Monitoring production quality and maintaining documentation
• Reporting on setup durations, production metrics, and downtime

• Completed technical training, relevant qualifications, or extensive professional experience
• Good manual skills and proficient operation of machinery
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Strong quality awareness
• Ability to work independently and with diligence
