We are in search of a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d)What We Offer

Your Responsibilities
  • Preparation and organization of the production workflow
  • Setup and operation of machinery and equipment
  • Loading and unloading of production machinery
  • Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing equipment
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues
  • Ensuring production quality through monitoring and documentation
  • Reporting on setup durations, production metrics, and downtimes
Candidate Profile
  • Completed technical training or equivalent experience
  • Strong manual skills and adeptness in machine operation
  • Willingness to work in a three-shift system
  • High commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and with diligence
