Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Collaboration: Engage with the UX/UI Design Team to produce high-quality, user-focused designs that embody our brand's dedication to excellence and innovation.
  • Concept Development: Aid in the ideation and creation of design concepts and mock-ups that align with project specifications and brand standards.
  • Asset Management: Assist in the development and upkeep of design assets, templates, and libraries to enhance workflow efficiency and ensure consistency across projects.
  • Presentation Support: Contribute to the preparation and execution of presentations, including slide formatting and visual design to improve content delivery.
  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
    • Relevant coursework or projects in user experience design, visual design, or interactive media are highly valued.
  • Software Skills:
    • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
    • Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Sketch or Adobe XD is advantageous.
    • Capability to develop design systems and maintain design uniformity across different platforms.
  • Technical Proficiencies:
    • Basic understanding of Unity/Unreal Engine for crafting interactive and immersive user experiences is beneficial.
    • Experience with Arduino hardware-related prototyping/coding for creating interactive prototypes is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with international teams.
    • Proficiency in German is an asset.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Creativity and enthusiasm for designing innovative user experiences.
  • Portfolio Requirements:
    • A compelling portfolio that showcases UX/UI design projects, including examples of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
    • Proven ability to design for both web and mobile platforms.
