About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts and UX/UI solutions to optimize the user experience across all digital touchpoints. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement design strategies and solutions to improve the user experience
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design solutions meet business requirements
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant design field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
