Wir suchen einen Junior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (m/w/d), der bereit ist, die regulatorischen Anforderungen in unseren Märkten zu gewährleisten und aktiv an der Gestaltung der Zukunft von VIVERE mitzuwirken. Diese Position ist Teil unseres dynamischen internationalen Teams.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Gewährleistung der Konformität unserer Produkte mit lokalen und internationalen Vorschriften
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards sowie Koordination von Produktsicherheitstests
  • Freigabe von Rohstoffen nach Prüfung technischer und toxikologischer Spezifikationen
  • Überprüfung der Konformität von Kennzeichnung und Verpackung
  • Verwaltung der Produktregistrierungen und Pflege der entsprechenden Dokumentationen sowie Beratung des Managements zu regulatorischen Anforderungen und Marktchancen
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich, z.B. Chemie oder Pharmazie
  • Erfahrung im regulatorischen Umfeld der Konsumgüterindustrie
  • Umfassendes Wissen über regulatorische Anforderungen und Compliance-Standards
  • Interesse an der Anwendung von Künstlicher Intelligenz in Registrierungs- und Compliance-Fragen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamgeist sowie eine zuverlässige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
