About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our mobile robot products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product features and requirements to achieve a strong product-market fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Definition: Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs to define product features and requirements.
  • Product Development Coordination: Coordinate product specification and development phases, aligning requirements with stakeholders such as portfolio management, sales, after-sales, production, and development teams.
  • Feature Roadmap Management: Own the feature roadmap for this product, define milestones, and specify features for each milestone.
  • Product Timeline and Budget Management: Create and monitor the product timeline and budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in industrial products.
  • Skills: Excellent understanding of technical interrelations, strong critical and entrepreneurial thinking, and ability to communicate results clearly and effectively to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Work Style: Structured and independent work approach.
  • Language Skills: Business fluent in English and German.
