About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Predium. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of our product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, milestones, and timelines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Design, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Product Development: Oversee the development of new product features and ensure they meet our high standards for quality and user experience.
  • Customer Focus: Partner with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use this feedback to inform product development.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS start-up or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
