Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key interface between business units and IT teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities.
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into IT requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in customer management, demand management, or IT consulting.
  • In-depth expertise in requirement analysis and documentation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with negotiation-level proficiency.
