Your Role

As a Trainee Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Relationship Management: You will nurture and develop long-term customer relationships through regular visits and communication.
  • New Business Development: You will identify new business opportunities and work closely with our back-office team to secure new clients.
  • Administration: You will handle customer inquiries, create customized proposals, and negotiate prices and contracts.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: You will work with our recruiting team to attract and manage technical staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have a completed degree or apprenticeship
  • Have prior experience in customer-facing roles
  • Have a strong affinity for technology and a passion for matching people and technology
  • Have excellent German language skills (C1 level) and a valid driver's license
  • Be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
