We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Sales Professional to join our Global Account Sales Team for Applied Materials Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth in the semiconductor industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Applied Materials to customers and communicate customer needs to our team.
  • Develop and implement complex sales strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Present Applied Materials' product and service offerings to customers and coordinate demonstrations with our product business group representatives.
  • Communicate customer technology needs to our product business group representatives and present Applied Materials' product roadmaps and capabilities.
  • Prepare pricing quotes, negotiate final prices, and submit documentation to book orders.
  • Follow up on accounts receivables and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain coverage and documentation for all assigned customers and develop customer-specific action plans.
  • Update forecasts proactively and utilize our digital tools, including SFDC, SAP, and Overdrive.
  • Coach, mentor, and support junior team members to achieve personal and sales success.
  • Maintain the highest level of personal and professional development through AMAT pathways and 3rd-party training resources.

Your Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Technical sales expertise with in-depth knowledge of own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to adapt to different perspectives.
  • Ability to become a product specialist for at least one AMAT product.
  • Knowledge of business and regulatory issues and ability to recommend product, process, or service improvements.
  • Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity, developing strategies for project execution.
  • Problem-solving techniques to find solutions for unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business.
  • Persuasive communication skills to communicate complex ideas and persuade others at senior levels.
  • Proven capability to work with cross-functional and multi-national teams in a positive and goal-oriented way.
  • Strong networking capabilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and/or process know-how.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
