About the Role

The Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Working Student to join our Global Learning & Development Strategic Partnership Management team. As a Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting our Semi-Annual Vendor Business Reviews and maintaining several integral internal vendor databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic partnerships with vendors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor databases
  • Assist in the preparation and facilitation of Semi-Annual Vendor Business Reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • Enrolled student at a German university
  • Prior work or internship experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and team-focused mentality
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
About the Team

You will be part of the Learning Experience Design and Operations team at BCG, a virtual team of over 100 members from around the world. You will report directly to Tracy Gracey, Global L&D Strategic Partnership Manager, and have a local manager as well as other students to learn from in Munich.
