YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a Student Assistant (m/f/d) in Supply Chain Management, you will support the team in the procurement planning of automotive and motorcycle spare parts.
  • You will be responsible for generating analyses in the areas of packaging planning and material management for both cars and motorcycles, and you will contribute to the creation of KPI reports.
  • Your academic knowledge will be applied in daily operations, assisting the entire team with various operational tasks.
  • You will also act as a liaison to both national and international suppliers, maintaining relationships and assisting in the coordination of order processing.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are an enrolled student, ideally focusing on Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Business Analytics.
  • Your studies will continue for at least 12 months, as we aim to provide you with thorough training and full integration into daily operations.
  • You have gained initial practical experience through internships or student assistant roles, preferably in material or supply chain management.
  • You possess a keen interest in processes and their optimization, have a numerical mindset, and are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) – experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Fluency in German is essential, and good English skills are required due to international communication with suppliers.
  • A responsible, communicative, and goal-oriented work style completes your profile.
