Product Manager

Wir suchen einen visionären und engagierten Product Manager, der unsere Product Line Imaging Systems weiterentwickelt und erfolgreich auf dem Markt positioniert.
Ihre Aufgaben- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Produktportfolio-Management zusammen, um die strategische Ausrichtung unserer Produkte zu definieren und gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungs-Team Produkt-Spezifikationen zu erstellen.
- Sie entwickeln detaillierte Pläne für die erfolgreiche Einführung neuer Produkte auf dem Markt, berücksichtigen Kundenbedürfnisse, Wettbewerbsanalysen und strategische Ziele.
- Sie erstellen Preislisten und unterstützen das Marketing bei der Erstellung von Broschüren, Präsentationen und Veröffentlichungen.
- Sie analysieren den Markt und die Wettbewerber, um Chancen und Risiken zu identifizieren und gemeinsam mit dem Team strategische Ziele für das Produktportfolio zu setzen.
- Sie pflegen internationale Kontakte, präsentieren unsere Produkte auf ausgewählten Messen und Konferenzen, definieren Anwenderanforderungen und verfassen gelegentlich Fachartikel.
- Diplom-Ingenieur (Uni oder FH) oder Master-Abschluss in den Fachbereichen Physik, Maschinenbau, Mikrosystemtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Fein-gerätetechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealere Erfahrung im Vertrieb/Produktmanagement von technischen und beratungsintensiven Produkten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Lösungsorientiertes und motivierendes Arbeiten mit sehr guten Präsentations-techniken.
- Professionelles Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke (intern und extern).
- Verantwortung übernehmen und die Fähigkeit, Ziele erfolgreich zu erreichen.
- Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten (max. 30 %).
