Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our industrial automation product development. This role focuses on defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product development to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Assessment: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends, and evaluate competitive products to inform product development.
- Requirement Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to gather and document detailed product requirements, and create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with the engineering team throughout the development process, and provide ongoing support to ensure the product meets defined requirements.
- Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, and ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant teams.
- Product Release: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases, and assist in the development of go-to-market strategies and plans.
- Go-to-Market Rollout: Work with marketing and sales teams to enable and inform them about the product, and develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
- Product Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of newly released products, and analyze customer engagement and feedback to inform future product improvements.
- Support Plan Definition: Define and implement support plans to ensure customer satisfaction, and work with customer support teams to address and resolve customer issues.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers throughout the product lifecycle to gather feedback, and ensure products meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business with technical complementary subject, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Self-starter and self-motivator with 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in cloud software or industrial automation.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of cloud technologies and industrial automation, specifically PLCs, and familiarity with software development and deployment processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German required, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Project Management: Strong project management, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills required, and ability to manage multiple inbound and outbound projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
