About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at inveox GmbH. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our hardware products.
Key Responsibilities
- Visionary Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the product, considering the needs of both customers and stakeholders. Take ownership of the product's entire lifecycle, including pricing strategies and return on investment.
- User Story Translation: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their business requirements, and then translate these into comprehensive and actionable user stories for the development team.
- Scope and Schedule Management: Work closely with Product Management and the development team to define the scope and schedule for product releases.
- Quality Assurance: Approve the product increment delivered by the development team, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and is ready for release to our customers.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with various teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to provide product vision, direction, and priorities.
Requirements
- Experience: You have a proven track record of several years working as a Product Owner, preferably in the MedTech industry, with a focus on hardware products and automation devices connected as IoT.
- Agile Mindset: You are passionate about Agile development methodologies and have a deep understanding of their principles.
- Customer-Centric Approach: You have a strong ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
- Excellent Communication: Your fluency in English & German, combined with outstanding written and oral communication skills, enables you to effectively articulate product vision, requirements, and priorities.
- Results-Oriented: Your efficient writing of clear user stories and acceptance criteria ensures a successful delivery.
