As a Junior Web Application Developer (m/f/d) at Fresenius Medical Care, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and upkeep of IT applications that facilitate comprehensive service processes within Global Technical Operations (GTO).

Your Responsibilities

  • Conducting technical assessments of IT system requirements in close collaboration with project teams.
  • Overseeing the technical and infrastructural upkeep and integration of IT systems.
  • Independently or collaboratively implementing new functionalities with internal and external partners.
  • Setting up and configuring country-specific applications during rollout phases.
  • Proposing enhancements for process flows and system interfaces.
  • Managing (sub-)projects related to the Global Technical Operations IT landscape in conjunction with other departments.
  • Providing troubleshooting and second-level support.

Your Qualifications

  • A university degree in computer science, ideally with a focus on business informatics, or a completed vocational training.
  • Technical proficiency and a strong affinity for SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs (REST), web services, Jaspersoft, Azure DevOps, React, and Windows Server is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SAP Field Service Management and SAP ECC CS or SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira) is beneficial.
  • A keen interest in cutting-edge IT technologies, particularly in cloud and mobile applications.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Understanding of e-health fundamentals, data security, and related subjects.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
