We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the South-West region of Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with customers to resolve technical issues and provide support during field visits or dispatches.
- Take ownership of dispatched customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide technical expertise and support for the installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of solar inverters and energy storage systems.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure smooth commissioning and site acceptance services.
- Follow operational procedures, processes, and practices as defined and consistently applied.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation and work instructions for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
- Education as Electrical technician or Engineer.
- German and English language skills at least on C1 level.
- Willingness to work on call duty.
- Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial.
- Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
- Willingness to travel.
- Driving license is essential for the job.
