Job Title: Engineer Field Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • Serve as company liaison with customers and technical matters for assigned projects.
  • Report to Service Director and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with installations, repairs, retrofits, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on equipment installed at customer sites.
  • Proven track record of performing diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems at customer sites.
