As a Market Development Strategy Analyst (m/f/d), you will assist our Head of Market Development in generating market insights through comprehensive market and portfolio evaluations, ultimately leading to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing growth opportunities across various regions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market and Portfolio Evaluation: Gather and interpret international market data, including comprehensive global reports, to produce in-depth market analyses for both routine and special requests.
  • Competitive Analysis: Manage competitive intelligence efforts and conduct ongoing assessments of market and brand dynamics, sharing valuable insights throughout the organization.
  • Network Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with external service providers to facilitate advanced market insights generation.
  • Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders across various functions and regions to promote consistent information sharing regarding new growth strategies.
  • Opportunity Identification: Convert market insights into actionable business prospects.
  • Strategic Lifecycle Management: Aid in the formulation of strategic lifecycle management strategies to enhance and secure the current product portfolio.
  • Sales Projections & Business Models: Create sales forecasts and business models for new products and commercialization strategies.
  • Presentation Assistance: Support the presentation of market insights and portfolio assessments to prepare materials for decision-making.
  • Special Projects: Undertake unique projects and ensure timely delivery.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed a degree in business administration, with experience in the pharmaceutical or consulting sectors being advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in the creation, management, and analysis of complex databases.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German and additional languages is a plus.
  • Analytical and organized team player, capable of navigating a matrix organization.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent presentation, communication, and assertiveness skills.
  • High goal orientation and results-driven, with strong intercultural skills.
