The Role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for managing and driving strategy for litigation and pre-litigation matters related to regulatory, consumer affairs, platform regulations, content-related matters, and commercial/contractual disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement litigation strategies to mitigate risks and resolve disputes
  • Advise management stakeholders on litigation risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with outsourced legal counsel in various jurisdictions
  • Work closely with business teams to identify and address relevant legal risks
  • Develop processes to ensure legal compliance across the company
  • Serve as the legal point of contact for the sustainability team

Requirements

  • Qualification in one bar association
  • 7+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm or as an in-house counsel
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Platform-related litigation experience is a strong plus
