Your Role
- As a proactive business partner, you'll collaborate with management, executives, and HR business partners on global HR controlling matters.
- You'll develop and refine HR controlling concepts, content, architecture, systems, and processes with passion and ownership.
- Drive the digital transformation of HR reporting throughout the Recruit to Retire process.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to management to support strategic HR initiatives and decision-making.
- Regularly analyze personnel costs, identifying control options, structural improvements, and optimization potential.
- Manage global headcount and personnel cost planning within the annual budget process.
- Drive the integration between HR Forecast and Finance Forecast.
- Support the development and implementation of performance-oriented compensation models tailored to specific target groups.
Your Profile
- You possess several years of experience in operational controlling, with knowledge of personnel controlling being highly desirable.
- You have a technical aptitude and ideally a deep understanding of SAP modules (SAP HR, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) as well as MS Office (especially Excel).
- You are proactive, demonstrate a willingness to shape things, and possess excellent communication skills.
- You can think cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with other departments such as Supply Chain Controlling, Accounting, and IT.
- You stand out through entrepreneurial thinking and strong analytical abilities.
- You are a confident individual with an engaging manner.
- Your working languages are English and German.
