Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Expert in Internal Audit with a focus on Data Analytics to join our team at Exyte Central Europe GmbH. As a key member of our internal audit team, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing databases, dashboards, and analytics tools using advanced data analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Data Analytics Solutions: Develop and implement data analytics solutions to assess controls, identify risks, and evaluate process efficiency.
  • Lead Complex Audits: Lead and conduct complex audits, applying advanced methodologies and analytics to assess controls, identify risks, and evaluate process efficiency.
  • Prepare and Present Audit Reports: Prepare and present detailed audit reports, translating complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
  • Identify Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements across business areas, leveraging data analytics to streamline operations.
  • Mentor and Guide Team Members: Serve as a subject matter expert in data analytics, mentoring and guiding other auditors within the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in internal audit, with a strong focus on data analytics, databases, and creating analytical tools.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), along with experience in statistical analysis and machine learning.
  • Audit Methodologies and Risk Assessment: Expertise in audit methodologies, risk assessment frameworks, and regulatory compliance, with a data-driven approach.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills: Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex business processes and identify nuanced risks through data.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
