**About the Role**

As an IT Audit Specialist at MAHLE, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our IT systems and processes. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough audits, identifying areas of improvement and implementing measures to enhance our internal control systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct IT audits, analyzing business processes and IT landscapes to identify risks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, ensuring thoroughness and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address audit findings.
  • Prepare and finalize audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
  • Support special audits and consulting projects, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • **Experience**: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in auditing, with a focus on IT-related audits.
  • **Certifications**: Certification in IT audit or IT security (CISA, CISM, CISSP) is an advantage.
  • **Skills**: Profound knowledge of SAP, experience in data analysis, excellent English skills, and intercultural sensitivity.
  • **Personal Qualities**: Analytical competence, structured thinking, confident appearance, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel (approximately 40% of the time).
