Project Manager Digitalization in Procurement

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager Digitalization in Procurement to join our team at h&z. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing consulting projects on site at our international and national customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Target Operating Models for procurement, selecting suitable system platforms and designing harmonizing processes.
- Lead technical projects in procurement or related areas, such as Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Develop and lead our analysts and consultants on projects, guiding them to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
- A Master's degree from a well-known university or higher, such as an MBA or PhD.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in management consulting or IT consulting, with a focus on procurement.
- Deep understanding of procurement systems, IT architectures, and process know-how, with experience in SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, and other relevant systems.
- Fluency in English, German, and possibly another foreign language.
- Strong analytical and systems-oriented thinking, combined with excellent interpersonal and situational awareness.
