About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digitalization Project Manager for Procurement at Catena X to join our team at OSB AG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: Create and execute procurement strategies that align with the company's digitalization goals and objectives.
  • Manage Procurement Processes: Oversee and manage procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes.
  • Drive Digitalization Initiatives: Identify and implement digitalization initiatives that improve procurement efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supplier relationships.
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
