Deine Aufgaben
In dieser Schlüsselposition übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die Reparaturabteilungen und führst ein Team von 18 Mitarbeitenden. Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Leitung und Organisation der Reparaturprozesse in den Standorten.
  • Effiziente Planung und Durchführung von Reparaturen sowie Optimierung von Abläufen.
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Erreichung von Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) wie Durchlaufzeiten, Sicherheit, Qualität und Kosten.
  • Budgetverwaltung für Reparaturkosten und Arbeitsstunden.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Standards und Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
  • Verwaltung von Arbeitsmaterialien und -ausrüstungen.
  • Förderung von Prozessoptimierungen und Fehlerbehebungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden durch Schulungsmaßnahmen.
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung interner und gesetzlicher Vorschriften.

Dein Profil
Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit und hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position. Zudem zeichnest Du Dich durch folgende Qualifikationen aus:

  • Fundierte Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Umfeld.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Medizintechnik sind von Vorteil.
  • Vertrautheit mit den Richtlinien der MDR und ISO 13485.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine hohe Kundenorientierung.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Bereitschaft zu reisen und einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
