We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at one of our corporate restaurant locations. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Lead and manage your kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of all hot and cold dishes, adhering to strict quality standards and recipes.
• Manage budgets effectively, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize waste and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
• Uphold impeccable administrative practices, including record-keeping, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Completed culinary training, with additional qualifications in food management or hospitality administration preferred.
• Proven experience in institutional catering, demonstrating a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications for administrative tasks and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, staff, and suppliers.
• Strong leadership qualities, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
