About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team at payabl. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share through a variety of sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role within the payments, FinTech, and technology industries
  • Proven track record of sales performance and business growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and German
