Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Support-Engineer, der sich auf die Wartung und den Support von IT-Systemen in unseren Logistikzentren spezialisiert hat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unterstützung lokaler Benutzer bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Fehlerbehebung von IT-Systemen und -Anwendungen
  • Verwaltung von Support-Tickets und Bereitstellung von First- und Second-Line-Support
  • Durchführung von proaktiver Wartung, um die Verfügbarkeit der gesamten IT-Ausstattung zu maximieren
  • Umsetzung von Projekten und Innovationen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Kolleg:innen im IT-Service
