Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Project Developer to join our team at Homify and contribute to the success of our Outlet Remscheid project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the overall project management of the Outlet Remscheid project from inception to opening.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Oversee the reporting of experts to ensure all project aspects are aligned.
  • Support the creation of permit documents and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless permitting process.
  • Work closely with the development team to contribute to the conceptual development of Outlet objects.
  • Play an active role in tendering and procurement processes to ensure the best partners are selected for the project.
  • Monitor costs and implement effective controlling to oversee the project budget.

Requirements

  • Bring relevant experience in project management of construction projects.
  • Effectively interact with authorities, experts, and internal teams due to excellent communication skills.
  • Show a proactive approach to the challenges of construction project management.
  • Work goal-oriented.
  • Contribute to the economic implementation of the project with your understanding of cost control and budget management.
  • Bring a high level of initiative and maintain a cool head even in stressful situations.
