Inside Sales Representative

BESTAR Stahlhandelsges. Remscheid mbH is a specialized supplier of steel products to manufacturers in the tooling, sawing, and cutting tool industries. As a globally recognized partner, we deliver products to over 45 countries worldwide. Our product portfolio includes warm band and cold band, tool steel and HSS sheets, corrosion-resistant products, flat bars, and round bars. We prioritize close customer relationships, which are essential for our long-term business success. By understanding our customers' production processes, we can continue to work together to remain competitive.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Inside Sales team:
Key Responsibilities:- Support Sales Managers in achieving sales targets
- Process customer orders from receipt to invoicing and handle any claims or credits
- Develop and implement material and delivery plans in collaboration with Sales Managers, based on sales forecasts
- Coordinate with various departments (Procurement, Operations, Quality Management, Finance) to ensure smooth business operations
- Prepare sales offers and coordinate customs clearance
- General project work
- A completed commercial education, preferably in industry or wholesale and foreign trade
- First-hand experience in sales is an advantage
- Ability to analyze economic processes and possess numerical skills
- Good English language skills, with additional foreign languages being an asset
- Experience with an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong self-organization, high sense of responsibility, excellent negotiation skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
