Senior Manager Internal Audit

Your Role:

• Conduct independent audits to assess risks and internal controls, providing recommendations for improvement to enhance business operations.
• Deliver assurance through financial, operational, and IT audits in Europe and globally.
• Lead audit projects from planning to completion, ensuring effective risk management and commercial improvements.
• Develop and implement plans to mitigate risks, driving business value through audit work.
• Collaborate with management to discuss audit findings and agree on effective solutions.

Your Profile:

• Hold a recognized auditing certification (WP, CIA, CPA, or equivalent). CISA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in audit, finance, and/or IT, with at least 2 years in internal or external audit.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing. Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Results-driven, self-motivated team player with business acumen, integrity, and perseverance.
• Ability to meet deadlines, with effective time management and travel flexibility (approx. 50%).
• Ambition to assume a future leadership role.
