Project b. is a pioneering company in the payroll industry, aiming to revolutionize the way companies interact with their employees and service providers. With a team of seasoned founders and a robust data architecture, we are integrating process automation and LLMs to drive innovation and growth.
The RoleWe are seeking an Entrepreneur-in-Residence to join our core team and contribute to our growth and operations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our founders to drive strategic initiatives and develop a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our founders to identify and prioritize key growth areas
- Develop and implement a GTM playbook to test growth channels and find language market fit
- Drive adoption within existing customers and grow our target audience on LinkedIn
- Take ownership of specific areas of responsibility, with support and coaching from our founders
- German native or fluent speaker, with English fluency
- 2-6 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a high-growth startup, consulting, or investment banking
- Operational experience, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and take ownership
- Based in Munich or Berlin, with a willingness to travel to Munich occasionally
