Student Entrepreneur in Residence Opportunity

As a Student Entrepreneur in Residence / Founder's Associate within our Finance & Operations division, you will be instrumental in managing the financial and operational dimensions of our organization. You will work closely with our leadership team to foster our development and success.
Core Responsibilities- Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic plans aimed at growth and scalability.
- Support operational activities for the executive team.
- Refine operational workflows, implement best practices, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Evaluate financial and operational metrics to deliver insights for strategic planning.
- Compile detailed financial and operational reports for executive review.
- Streamline credit and debit transactions to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in finance and operations, ideally within startup settings.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong sense of independence.
- Passion for the startup environment, readiness to take on responsibilities, and eagerness for rapid advancement.
- Proficient in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
