If you have a passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to make a meaningful contribution, this role is tailored for you. As a Student Entrepreneur in Residence / Founder's Associate in our Finance & Operations division, you will be instrumental in managing the financial and operational dimensions of our organization. You will work closely with our CEO and Chief of Staff to foster our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic plans aimed at growth and scalability.
  • Support operational activities for the executive team.
  • Refine operational workflows, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency.
  • Evaluate financial and operational metrics to deliver insights for strategic planning.
  • Compile detailed financial and operational reports for management assessments.
  • Streamline credit and debit transactions to ensure precision and efficiency.
Desired Profile
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in finance and operations, ideally within startup settings.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong sense of independence.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for startup environments, embracing responsibility, and rapid advancement.
  • Proficient in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with financial software and tools.
