We are currently seeking a motivated individual for our IT department in Berlin:
IT Support Student Assistant (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support
- Assist in the installation and setup of hardware and software
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs via phone, remote access, or in-person
- Support client systems and ensure compatibility with existing Microsoft server environments
- Manage user permissions in Active Directory and related systems
Your Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a university program with a focus on IT
- Proficient in hardware (client/server), MS Office, and Windows/MacOS operating systems
- Basic understanding of network technologies, including DNS/DHCP and Windows server systems
- Experience in user support is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus but not required
