Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate Central Services within the Institute of Medical Microbiology, including management of pharmacy operations, inventory control, waste disposal, and mail handling
  • Assist with laboratory operations, including the reception and distribution of testing samples
  • Document and manage orders within inventory, pharmacy, and supplier systems
  • Organize and maintain storage areas
  • Ensure the upkeep of equipment, including conducting functional assessments

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed education in medical or business fields
  • Basic proficiency in IT applications (Microsoft Office, SAP)
  • Ability to work collaboratively, dependable, adaptable, and capable of independent work
  • Proficient in German
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Positive attitude and customer service focus
