Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate Central Services within the Institute of Medical Microbiology, which includes managing pharmacy operations, material logistics, waste disposal, and mail services.
  • Assist with laboratory functions, including the reception and distribution of examination samples.
  • Document and process inventory orders for material storage, pharmacy, and suppliers.
  • Organize and manage storage facilities effectively.
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment, including conducting functional assessments.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed education in medical or business fields.
  • Basic proficiency in IT applications (Microsoft Office, SAP).
  • A collaborative team player who is dependable, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Proficient in the German language.
  • Experience in inventory management.
  • Possess a friendly attitude and a strong customer service focus.
