Wir suchen einen Prozessexperten (m/w/d) für unser Global Digitalization and Tools Team von HR Services. Als Prozessexperte werden Sie Projekte und Initiativen für das globale Team leiten und/oder unterstützen, mit dem Hauptfokus auf Deutschland und EMEA.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Change-Management-Maßnahmen im Rahmen der jeweiligen globalen HR-Projekte
  • Vorbereitung und Pflege von Schulungs- und Prozessdokumentationen mit Fokus auf die Nutzung der HR Case Management-Lösung
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung lokaler Benutzer, mit Fokus auf Deutschland und EMEA
  • Unterstützung der Regionen bei Geschäftsentwicklungsbemühungen im Zusammenhang mit Case Management, von der Erstellung des Vorschlags bis zur Implementierung der Lösung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern (Beratern, Softwareanbietern, etc.)
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (technischen Abschluss)
  • Kenntnisse in HR-Prozessen und Shared Service Center-Umgebungen sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
