Digitalization Strategist

As a Digitalization Expert, you will play a key role in driving the B2B Digital strategy across all NatCos in the DT EU segment. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing the B2B Digital Portfolio, defining the local B2B Digitalization roadmaps, and advising Top Management on B2B Digital topics and trends.

• Develop solutions for challenging automations and evaluate digitization projects
• Identify new options for automation and develop use cases
• Identify and select relevant digitization trends and concepts
• Evaluate digital, disruptive business models
• Lead strategic digitization projects

You will work closely with IT, Product Management, Channel Management, and Marketing to drive B2B Digitalization. To succeed in this role, you will need a university degree with a focus on Digital or a comparable qualification, as well as many years of professional experience in digitalization.

• Excellent experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation
• Experience in managing strategic/cross-project projects
• Outstanding knowledge in artificial intelligence and strategy development
• Understanding of digitalization and the market
• Knowledge of process automation and quality assurance
• Knowledge of Customer Journey Mapping
• Advanced knowledge in business case justification
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Experience in agile methods such as SCRUM and Lean
