Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Prozessexperten (m/w/d) für unser Global Digitalization and Tools Team von HR Services. Als Teil unseres Global Business Services (GBS) unterstützt dieser Prozessexperte (m/w/d) Projekte und Initiativen für das globale Team, mit dem Hauptfokus auf Deutschland und EMEA.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Projekte und Initiativen leiten und/oder unterstützen
  • Business Case Analysen erstellen
  • Entscheidungsvorlagen und Lösungen vorbereiten
  • Prozesse harmonisieren und verbessern
  • Änderungen, Vorschläge und Lösungen abstimmen und priorisieren
  • Projekte und Initiativen dokumentieren, verwalten und steuern
  • Change-Management-Maßnahmen identifizieren und umsetzen
  • Schulungen und Prozessdokumentationen vorbereiten und pflegen
  • Lokale Benutzer unterstützen und Schulungen durchführen
  • Regionen bei Geschäftsentwicklungsbemühungen unterstützen
  • Externen Dienstleistern zusammenarbeiten
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im (IT-)Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in HR-Prozessen und Shared Service Center-Umgebungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
